I have the misfortune of living in the south, not the deep south, yet still the south. I do and did not actively decide to move there, here, I suppose I should refer to it as, it just so happened that the bad economy, the job market, colleges, scholarships, all these factors I will not divulge into have me living in the portion of America where y'all is actually considered proper English.
If you keep up with the USA news, you probably are aware that a cold front has swept a portion of the country, causing it to snow. There's eight inches where I live. I am in the south. The citizens of the region consider fifty degrees freezing, the low is negative fifty divided by three. Needless to say, the whole town has shut down, leaving me with power, a PC, the inability to get out of the parking lot, and a large supply of coffee; this means that there's going to be a tremendous about of updates and rambley blatherings coming your way, as cabin fever sets in... Good luck?
xx,
Jill
